I’m not quite sure I understand what you mean?  I took it to mean that the spam was her favorite outfits of Kate’s, in which Kate was breaking “protocol” (which, once again, she made up).  Do you mean that the spam was breaking Rachel’s protocol…because Rachel’s protocol is to hate Kate?  Or that she’s posting pictures of her favorite outfits of Kate’s even though they’re ignoring “protocol” (which again is made up)?  I’m confused…
